The Opportunity
Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort is hiring a Lead Generation representative to create in-store interest and set appointments for in-home consultations. This role exists to provide a welcoming first point of contact and ensure customers receive clear, accurate information before scheduling.
Key responsibilities:You’ll arrive at your assigned retail location with your own transportation, get set up, and be ready to greet customers as they pass by. Much of the day is spent on your feet, staying attentive and approachable, with steady periods of conversation.
Between interactions, you’ll use your phone to enter information into an app, confirm appointment details, and keep your notes organized so nothing is missed.
