Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional support and service to our diverse clientele. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Duties

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively
• Assist customers
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system using Microsoft Office tools and other software
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, analyze customer feedback, and improve service delivery

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and data entry systems
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
