Join the Homemakers Crew: Customer Pick-Up Team Member

Homemakers is growing—and we’re looking for strong, friendly faces to join our Customer Pick-Up team ! If you enjoy staying active, helping people, and being part of a team that keeps things moving, this could be the perfect fit.

Bonus: You’ll get a workout in and get paid for it.

Pay: $20 per hour

• Includes both weekend days
• Two weekdays off to enjoy life when others are at work

You’ll be the final step in our customers’ shopping experience—making sure their purchases get home safely and with a smile.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Load purchased furniture and merchandise into customers’ vehicles (yes, there will be heavy lifting!)
• Handle products with care as you move them throughout the department
• Deliver a great customer experience—make eye contact, engage, and represent the Homemakers brand
• Verify customer identity and obtain signatures at pick-up
• Keep the area clean and safe (sweeping, organizing, etc.)
• Support teammates wherever needed—this is a team effort!
• Help train new team members
• Share ideas with leadership to improve safety, efficiency, and workflow
• Follow all operational and safety procedures

• Has a strong work history and can handle physically demanding tasks
• Brings a positive, team-first attitude every day
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high customer interaction environment
• Communicates well and provides excellent customer service
• Can work a flexible schedule (including weekends and early hours)

• Prior warehouse or heavy lifting experience is a big plus
• Strong customer service mindset is a must

This role is active—think of it as getting paid to stay in shape:

• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. (with help when needed)

• Indoors and outdoors
• Conditions may include heat, cold, dust, and noise
